Vishal was really wonderful to work with throughout our home search, and we highly recommend working with him. We happened to be looking for a home during a highly stressful time in our lives as first-time parents returning to work, and Vishal was responsive, patient, and flexible throughout. He quickly amended the properties he sent our way based on our feedback, was responsive to our sometimes-crazy last-minute scheduling, and was always honest with us about certain properties and their pros and cons. It's also wonderful to know that he lives in a neighborhood close to ours and really vouches for this area. He's also very connected and knowledgeable for services you might need beyond just a realtor when you buy a home, like contractors / contacts for painting, inspections, attorneys, etc. We'd work with him again in a heartbeat.

Vishal is the best! I highly recommend working with him. He was our agent when we purchased our home. His local knowledge is exceptional as he helped us navigate Montclair's (often confusing) market. He is incredibly responsive and helped us find a home we love within just 1 month, as we were working on a tight moving schedule. Vishal is absolutely amazing at his job! We recently closed on a property in Montclair, and he helped us navigate this extremely volatile and well-sought after real estate market. He listened to what our wishes were for our home and counseled us on how to make that happen. Vishal is very well-connected in the area and often knew facts about the houses we visited or was familiar with the seller’s agent - which worked in our favor. If you add his negotiation skills and ability to foresee what the magic number is for a property, you have the winning formula to purchasing the right house for you. Vishal is extremely patient and never pushed us to make an offer on a house that we didn’t see ourselves living in – unlike many other agents. He also worked around our schedules and made himself available whenever needed as we live out of town and was always just one phone call away. He also introduced us to his network as we are renovating our house and continuous to give us much needed advice as he has experience with flipping houses.
